Products & Prices

 

We monitor the market fluctuations to ensure price changes are applied on our online store at the right time without affecting our clients orders. Nevertheless it could happen that some prices would change without notice, affecting for example a wish list, that has not been processed as a purchase.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of any product.

 

 

Product Refunds

 

We accept rejection of fresh products and packed products that show visible signs of damage. Conditions apply:

 

  • Fresh products will only be suitable for return upon receiving the order. We recommend you to check your order at this time to avoid possible problems.

  • Packed products will be suitable for return within 48 working hours after receiving the order and provided a picture as evidence of the reason of return.

At any case, and after clarification that Bali Food Store delivered an item in a different condition than expected, we will proceed to collect the item and refund via cash voucher for the same value or substitution with identical product at no cost.

Products returned should be in the same condition as in the picture used as evidence and not used afterwards, otherwise we reserve the right of not refund.

 

 

Order amendment & Cancellations

 

We accept changes in the orders until 6pm during working days (Mo to Sat).

Cancellations should be communicated within 30 mins after place the order to ensure a proper process.

Money refunds after cancellations will be done within 24 working hours, please note that bank and administration fees might apply.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the e-mail or phone number provided at the time the order was made to offer you the right and best solution available.

 

 

Right of non delivery

 

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us if we notice any indication that may us think the order was not placed properly.
